Joining Arsenal (who have been after him for more than a year) and Liverpool. A couple of things are in our favour. We appear to be managing Sessegnon's devlopment well; he has leep frogged from the U18s to the first team squad but the Gaffer is handling him realistically. Unlike Mad Magath who just chucked the youngsters in or Kit who ignored them. The other plus is that Ryan and his twin brother Steven have been at the Club since the age of nine. The downside is that he can't sign professional forms until he's 17, which is next May. The Club are therefore yet again in a Hyndman/Dembele type situation - let him go now for a decent fee or when he's 17 risk him being enticed away and only get compensation. But I honestly don't believe money will be an issue and people like Steve Wigley and Huw Jennings will continue to have an influence over his future. It truly appalls me to think of someone so young disappearing into the bowels of the likes of Liverpool or Spurs.
This is where the Ryan Sessegnon story started: https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/foot...SunFootball-_-20160814-_-Football-_-544671809 Noted the throw away line where they say, "And Spurs are also prepared to throw in a loan player to sweeten the deal for the Cottagers."
The SubStandard are saying that we've told Spurs we want "well over £3m" for Ryan Sessegnon. And surprise, surprise they are dubbing Ryan as 'the new Gareth Bale' simply because of the link to Huw Jenkins and his time at Southampton when they sold Bale. No comment required. But if you can be bothered here's a link to their story: http://www.standard.co.uk/sport/foo...fulham-youngster-ryan-sessegnon-a3321576.html
What on earth is the Gaffer playing at with 4 days left in the transfer window? Cairney’s winner against his former side continued the unbeaten Whites’ excellent start to the season. And head coach Jokanovic believes the 25-year-old has the potential to be a top-flight player. Jokanovic said: “He’s a player who doesn’t lose passes – he normally completes around 90%. These are very strong words, but Tom Cairney can be a Premier League player. He has quality and he’s clinical.” Source: http://www.westlondonsport.com/fulham/fulham-star-can-premier-league-player-jokanovic-wls-football
The gaffer is just showing confidence in himself and in his team and knows Cairney will be playing in the premier league next season with Fulham.
"Where's Larnell?" Well, apparently Larnell Cole is currently on trial with Charlton. please log in to view this image please log in to view this image The former Manchester United midfielder, who hasn't been even considere for the U23s this season, has been told he can leave Craven Cottage by the Gaffer. Cole, who came through the youth ranks at Carrington with a big reputation, joined the Whites on transfer deadline day in January 2014 when former United coach Rene Meulensteen was in charge and made his only first-team appearance as a substitute in the 2-2 draw at Old Trafford the following month. Unfortunately his time with us has been blighted by injury. Hope it works out for the lad.
The Twiteratti are convinced that Richard Stearman is having a medical with Wolves. They are divided however whether his return is on loan or a permanent transfer. The odds (or the Gods even) weren't in his court with those recent 'leaked' allegations that he was the root cause for Analytics being imposed. And have to say his wave to the fans at the end of the 'Boro game did look awfully like a farewell. Pity in some ways because he did play with his heart, just not all that well often enough.
Tim Ream, or more likely his Agent, is touting for a move back to the MLS. Ream is clearly missing his buddy Richard Syearman already and sees himself well down the pecking order for game time. They've got a funny process for transfers over there - which I won't pretend to understand. And it's complicated further if a player has gone abroad for a fee of over £500k. Anyway, I suspect this is more likely him setting up a move in the January window, but .... Source: http://www.onceametro.com/2016/9/4/...m-wants-to-play-mls-fulham-new-york-red-bulls
