    Forte has already gone. Fonte however has been our best defender until Lovren arrived for £8m. We need him even if we get another CB, so why sell for £3m when we have refused a £27m bid for Shaw?
    Have been impressed with Hull this season, good solid team with sensible transfers at the right times. I don't see this one happening though...

    I love the language the media use. There is an "exodus" of players from Southampton was one I read when what they really meant to say was the parasitic, vulture like leeches who have naff academies are once again plundering Southampton Football Club for their wonderful home produced talent.

    If it is to be compared to the Exodus then we can take heart - that only happened because God took the side of the "players" wanting out, and involved a series of miracles - the owner did not want to let them go, and went through plague after plague to keep his "players" in place...
    I wouldn't mind if it is an attempted "exodus" :)
