    Pochettino says rumours about people leaving Saints is good, as it shows the club is performing very well and getting noticed.

    Nothing more we can say to stop the rumours, though.

    How old is David Villa now?

    I can't recall him being a regular starter since his big injury for Barca a few years ago.

    The rumour is far fetched, but from a playing point of view i don't think we can afford to have someone who can't give us regular 90 minutes. I think the ideal is for Lambert to begin to assume more bench duties. Villa is a legend,would bring great experience and knowledge and commercial benefits, but not sure he would be worth it overall.

    Pochettino has been linked with Monaco job, though Zidane is the favourite.

    Seriously, who would want the Tottenham job? Whoever it is, they'll be sacked as soon as they get a poor run of results. Far more concerned that Mauricio may move abroad. Thank god we had a mild winter and now a fairly decent spring, perhaps he'll forget about the English climate when making his calculations.

    But Mauricio to Spurs? Nah, can't see it.

    I agree...I've been secretly worried about the negative effect of our weather on an Argentine used to living in Spain. He describes our seasons as winter and less-winter (sums it up really). Monaco sounds attractive doesn't it?
