I would say with Bale, no defender has an answer to his speed and power. He maybe picked up 18 points for Spurs with his solo goals. 6 against us, brushing past Clyne and then going past Shaw like he was no there. having said that, Spurs now have a better team, but you can only play 11 at a time
you may have got this incorrect, however De Bruyne may now find it very hard to get into the team after getting the chance. Chelsea have not looked that impressive and any player not producing the goals may find his neck on the block.
