He set himself such a high standard which was very difficult to sustain. He may not be scoring but he;s still contributing in other ways. Harsh on Henderson I feel - goals, getting forward and the same energy we've seen week in week out. Johnson was sh*t as usual but hes; come back from injury so I'll let him off. Overall, the defence and central midfield were dross for the umpteenth time.
To me we are punching a little bit above our weight and to say that we were poor only reflects on what we have achieved to date. We are right in with a chance to win the league, though I don't think we will, we are right in with a chance to gain a top 4 place, which I think we will, and the expectations of the fans has been raised because of this... If we do get the back 5 sorted out and get the balance between attack and patience then next year we will be some team...!!! It was 3 points and that's all we need to worry about at this time of year... Jeez, the manx won a league last year winning when they played like a bag of spanners, why cant we just get a few results like that to get us where we want to be...
