What I don't get it is, why they are blaming Man Utd for the ban?

I've seen everything from Hazard, John Terry, Defoe, Evra, Fergie and even Mourinho blamed

Everyone apart from Evra (gif with the hand) and SAF ( the thread about "Fergie Association") Ive seen but please fill us in about the other 4

we are usually mentioned about everything really from bad decisions to games on TV and I know they mentioned Defoe, Evra and SAF but when were the other 3 mentioned?
