Barkley better not sell out. It is in his best interest to stay at Everton if he wants to be one of Europes greatest.

Because of FFP sanctions he'd be guaranteed to bench for City in the Champions League though

Barkley is going nowhere and even if we were to sell him £25m? lol.

Total nonsense of a story probably written by the same tool who spent last summer saying United were on the verge of bidding £6m for Baines ffs.

Why not? Can't be any worse than being in danger from sewer rats in Anfield.

Shaqiri (if Sanchez refuses), Origi and Markovic I think.

I imagine this is sarcasm but to treat it seriously... Barkley can only have another two seasons max at Everton. He has the ability to be one of the best - and the best play in big games, for big clubs. When they perform on the highest stage they attain greatness.

If he goes to City now he will watch from the bench. He needs to be playing. Plus Martinez is a great manager to nurture him.

Get Reus! Pay Borusia 45m pounds. Double his wages to 150m a week. Done.

...Instead of going for fvcking Origi and Markovic... 4th place wannabe mentality.

So what's the latest on exactly how much barca are supposed to be paying for Suarez?

I'd take Rodirguez over Sanchez any day

If it were based on Barkley's WC performances then I wouldn't pay a penny over £2.5 million. He has potential but has yet to deliver any of it! Plus Everton could do with the £25 million

We're not going for Barkley after getting Lallana. We need a forward if Suarez goes. An established versatile forward that can score goals. LFC is trying hard to include Sanchez in the deal, and if we don't get Sanchez, it is because he just don't wanna. I can't think of anyone else that fits the bill, but Reus. And he does so better than Sanchez or anyone else. Get Reus.

You mean Reus who's already come out and said he's not moving anywhere this summer and will probably end up at Bayern in a couple of years. Yes Lets waste out time on that.

That type of mentality just displayed doesn't get us anywhere. You aim high, especially with a fresh wad of 70-80 million pounds in hand.

Ironically, those same pesky Spanish papers were saying "Reus to Barca - deal imminent" while reporting on Suarez's deal as close to done too.
