Rodgers has embarrassed the club by suggesting it's okay to dive but not to be honest about it and own up. That's not how Mr and Mrs General raised their child.

When Phil Neville deliberately handled the ball on the line in a derby to prevent Lucas scoring, the media stayed strangely silent on their tired old claim that only foreigners cheat. And if it'd been the Germans Suarez knocked out of the World Cup insteasd of Ghana, he'd be a hero to the English media and fans. Double standards and hypocrisy are also embarrassing.

I've been a critic of Rodgers recently but can't see what else he could of done. Suarez has been very naive but I doubt that Suarez has been hauled over the coals.....more like he's been told that we can't defend his comments publicly and please be careful what you say to the press...good lad. We'd be fools to alienate him now.

For all the times Rodgers, and the club, have defended Suarez, Suarez has made him look like an idiot. Suarez let him down here.

    Suarez should have stayed quiet.

Or...maybe Rodgers is being a bit smarter than Kenny and Rafa. Did it do them any favours taking on Fergie and his cronies in public? Blatantly it didn't. Neither did it help the team more importantly. Get us back to the top THEN feel free to take on who you want. Fergie only got his power and influence by winning things he didn't start winning things because of power and influence (before he won the cup he was hanging by a thread remember).

I don't give a **** what a manager does or says in public I'll judge him solely by what he gets out of the team. As I said earlier BR has so far managed to get Suarez playing better (whether by accident or design) so IF that continues I have no problem with his treatment of Suarez. I do however have an issue with a player who continually keeps heaping **** on his managers.

What else do you expect from the media? This is a total non-story other than that Suarez just can't help giving people a stick to beat his managers with. Hopefully Rodgeers is more a man than some on here and he just let's the media bollocks wash over him and ignore it.

Any excuse to find fault and drive him out though eh lads. What fabulous togetherness and solidarity that shows from "us fans". Jesus wept...let's sack Rodgers so we can get Martinez in <laugh> He'll stand up to Fergie I'm sure (sarcasm alert) then we'll all be happy...just like Rafa did and look how well that went everybody....

What, like not appealling his demonstratively ludicrous ban from his witchtrial, a process that is openly mocked and derided by lawschool students and legal preofessionals? It's a wonder Luis didn't go there and then, and I suspect that it's only because that's precisely what Ferguson and his minions at the FA wanted, that kept Luis here.

These bang-of-wind owners have got a mini-me manager in their likeness. We should have gone to the CAS on a point of principle, simply to drag the FA's procedures and cronyist links to United into the open. Now, again, and with reference to the article by Sale amongst others, the main point is by-passed to suit the FA's 'Dick Dastardly' agenda, fuelled by the media and steered by Ferguson. So in Brendan's first test.....

Besides which, let's go back to the home game against Stoke and the 'comedy' dive that everyone knew, and was meant to know, was an act of expasperation, after having been really fouled in the penalty area (twice), kicked, elbowed and stamped upon IN FULL VIEW OF THE REFEREE. A referee who, doubtless, would be supported by that unctuous fart Poll, who endorsed the ref in the Norwich game for not giving the most blatant penalty of the season because of the 'reputation' of Suarez. And this is what we're up against - an implacable enemy and organised, criminal gang who will never be bought off by any acts of contrition and fawning that our owners and weaker members of our fanbase may think. It's not within their interests to do so: therefore we defy them and oppose and expose them at every turn.

WE know the truth, and so do our true worldwide fanbase, and we don't need, nor expect, any crumbs from the FA/United/media table. Any collaboration to these crooks is treason, to put it lightly, and our owners (and increasing more, our manager) are evident quislings to this scandal.
