There are a few interesting points raised by this 'judgement'.
First off - it was no surprise the FA found him guilty - the video evidence was pretty damning, and his court testimony also has him admitting using the words. Besides, given the FA raise the charge, they aren't going to find him not guilty, are they? That'd be like the CPS providing the judge and jury, putting together the case and then delivering a not guilty verdict - just wasn't going to happen.
The size of the fine is very interesting - presumably it reflects wages - if true, then Terry is grossly overpaid compared to Suarez...
