    Apart from the 1990 World Cup semi against the Krauts, that game against the Argies in '98 was the best England game I have seen! We played even better when the **** Beckham got sent off! <ok>

    i think the 4-1 against the dutch at euro 96 was pretty special. mind you, the dutch, as per usual, were in complete disarray behind the scenes! even scotland got a point against them!!

    Yeah it was a good game but for sheer drama the game against the Argies was much better.

    I remember many years ago being on the terraces at Kenilworth Road.A father and son stood directly in front of me,and as the teams came out for the second half dad says "I think you will see a complete change of strategy now" "Oh yes?" Father :"Yes,they will kick in the opposite direction".
