A.VERY harsh move.
Struber made a couple of bad selections but overall he was pretty good. He was given an impossible task to take us to the Prem with what was, at first, an upper mid table squad - and then had 2 of his most important players sold and replaced by inferior alternatives.
Maybe he told the board some home truths?

doesnt really give a good overall picture for players or coach/ manager ..... dont sign a renewal and go for free or early in last window!

Both were not Struber influences, just because he’s Austrian and part of red bull previously was nothing really to do with it.
Do you think Mr Struber would have still been here next season if the club continued for the next seven games on its pretty good trajectory?
Stunned to say the least, still don't think he had the complete backing of the board .
After the WBA game I would have expected there to have been some a frank discussion with the Head coach after his remarks regarding the players abilities and their coachability, and the suitability of this coach to coach this squad in future. To see Gerard Struber sacked with his team going backwards, without any(?) individual players improving under Strubers influence is not a surprise.
Maybe, for once, the club are going for experience and someone to give a proper and impartial opinion on the club set up and even help with the selection process for a new manager ?

I can’t see Hodgson - or even Pep or SAF being able to get Armstrong or Riis scoring goals.
The problem that needs fixing was not in the dugout imho.
Wow wasn't expecting that. Must admit decision made on the pitch since January have been head scratching for whatever reason. The boat has been rocked considerably.

Which players in the entire squad are improving under Mr Strubers guidance?
When the Head coach comes out and makes the statements he did post WBA .. There is a problem. I would be questioning the Head Coach after that if he was suitable for coaching BCFC. The teams results are very poor, players are not performing at levels they previously have, and talent is not being developed.
