It looks likely that Chubbs & Henandez will be our first choice starters up top & this lad will provide good back up & push them both for a starting place.

I think if it stays as is, we're looking quite healthy.

We need plenty of fruit and veg and of course roughage.

If we'd kept Jelavic and signed Diomande I'd be ok. If we'd signed Cole as well as Diomande I'd be ok.
I'm not ok with just him.
Akpom hasnt impressed. He's a young lad and maybe/wont last a full season.
Hernandez is a puff in any language. That piss poor effort he shovelled to the keeper against Preston!! **** me weak as piss.

We need another forward.

I'm happy with what we've got, underwhelming, no flash harry type PL footballer. I've been saying for years we should be looking to the North, there is a lot of untapped talent & he should be used to the weather in Hull, not freeze up at Christmas when it's a bit chilly.
So get your extra pair of socks on & be completely underwhelmed. Time for a beverage!<cheers>

We signed a striker



HULL SNAP UP STRIKER

A late deal for Hull as they have signed Adama Diomande from Norwegian side Stabaek for an undisclosed fee.

The 25-year-old has scored 17 goals in 21 appearances this season and has penned a three-year deal with Hull.



Am I first with the news?

Hopefully we'll get a goalie to challenge McG and possibly another striker on loan. Really only a goalie is essential I reckon.

Come out of this window way better than I expected.

I'm sure we'll dabble with a loan or two Chazzster.
 
Certainly worth a punt at the price, we’re due a bit of luck on one of these types of signings; perhaps Diomande will turn out to be a diamond.
