I have a suggestion for a striker that Rangers could buy Cody MacDonald. He is out of the picture at Norwich City and available for sale. Last season he was on loan at Gillingham and banged in 25 goals. He is only 25 and has pace to burn. Kenny Miller replacement? Video link of all his goals below:

Best of all we could get him for peanuts, and make money in future from deal. Worth a gamble.
 
Don't know anything about the player in question but you'd like think we're looking at guys like this and are aware of their availability.

As much as I'd love to see another striker at Ibrox, I think there's more pressing positions that need filling - when you count the bodies that can play upfront we've got a few. Still don't know why Healy got a deal if we're not going to play him (I think he's looked alright everytime he's been on).
