I'd like to get jan but would be slightly disappointed if he was our striker signing

I don't think I would. With him in and the other signings we've got a pretty good team - far better than last year.

Better than Wickham surely? Thoughts Juan? Is this likely to happen?

I might be wrong but I thought you could only have a right to buy clause on overseas players and not on UK based players,I stand to be corrected

What I don't get is, the bit at the end says we're signing fer in a straight forward loan deal without a clause to buy!!!!

Why the **** not??
You can't sign a clause to buy in a domestic loan - it's against FA/FIFA or some rules (not exactly sure) but it provides a conflict of interest for a player who is employed by one club and loaned to another.

You can only have a right to buy clause in an international loan deal - I'll try to find out where I read that and post it on here when I do

Yanuzaj isnt a main striker is he? Not last time I looked anyway!

I would be gutted if thats what we're doing

He might be a decent player and improve the degree of quality at the club but he wasn't what I was hoping for.

I think it might be you know. He needs 25+ games this season, not 25 appearances I mean full games. You're a team, with a trusted manager that LVG could give the nod of approval to, for one of his young stars. He's got 15 goals in him no bother.

My only reservation is Fergie, if he'd veto a deal on this because of that Poznan thing, you know he's a nasty **** when he wants to be.

Does fergie still have that kind of influence?

So if the LVG wants him out on loan amd Fergie says no..... can just imagine LVG telling him to "**** off, I'm the boss now"

The board always approve transfers at any club mate.

It's not like it'd be you or nobody, there'll be a queue as long as your arm willing to take him.

It's all hypothetical anyway, chances are Fergie wouldn't say a thing!

Not sure that's right, we had a right to buy deal on Bertrand from Chelsea last Summer, which we took up in January.

Because QPR won't sell. Why else?

Probably this, same as with Caulker, if they go up they will be wanting to keep them or if they do sell then they could be worth more.

exactly, and the first sentence, it's future fee optional on domestic loans and compulsory future fees on overseas loans. So we'll have a fee set in place for M'Villa 100%.

Was a few years ago that I read it but not sure where - it may be that you can have a future fee during the course of the loan (as per Bertrand) but not at the end - I'll keep digging but not finding anything - maybe things have changed!
