I thought Martin Allen was going to announce he was joining Millwall, not that Lee and Birch were going!
Shame that Lee has been listed however he was not the same player last season so I do understand why he is doing this but it is still a shame as I really like him and I believed he may do well next season.

I don't understand why he has been transfer listed until MA shows us his replacement. Will Whelpdale follow...he normally does. I've said before and I repeat again, Weston is to weak on the left. Joe Martin needs space getting forward. So Lee was the ideal balance, especially under opposition attack. Yeah he took the yellows and reds but that is part and parcel of being the pitbull.
Yeah I will miss him and I was thinking about Whelpdale because although he has not been the same player as the one on loan I don't want to lose him and I would be gutted if they were both to go. I am interested in who MA has lined up as I hope the player is really good for Lee to go.
