It says Matt Mills was born in Leicester, so i put his name in wikipedia and it says he was born in Swindon

I think Matt Mills and Wayne Routledge would be great signings and i hope we get them both

Its doesnt look like there will be any signings now today, but it could change. The business Stringer was on about was Jack Hobbs

I don't want to go over old ground but Stringer is a twat.

We were all doing just fine without his exaggerations, wish he'd **** off until the start of the season, or better yet til February.

Rob Tanner makes out he has massive news and says look in tommorows mercury when there either nothing or old news there.

Ian Stringer makes out he has massive news when he doesnt

Those 3 would all be top signings for us. Routledge is, in my opinion, the best winger outside the Premier League, he has amazing pace and can cross a ball. Him and Gally either side of Maynard/CMS would have been quite literally balancing oranges without the use of my hands....

A CB partnership of St Ledger and Mills would also be fantastic. Mills is going to become a top centre back in the future, and St Ledger has proven time and time again that he is an asset at this level.

As for Stringer and Tanner; they're both ego-maniacs who want to be the one to break transfer stories, hence they get everyone excited.....and then let the fans down when it turns out to be nothing. Whenever they say there will be 'exciting news' I just presume that means that they're changing the 'lectric company that supplies the Walkers.

This would be amazing <ok>

Well Foxes fans, I reckon tomorrow could see some business at the club. Lots of names, Nugent looks nailed on and hopefully defenders
It's the wording that pisses me off. He could very well have made it clear that he meant Hobbs was going and Nugent and the defenders were a seperate thing (as he's now claiming) but the comment makes it very much like we're signing 3 players today.

He knows he's doing it on purpose.

Yep, Stringer is a pain in the backside for that. It's a bit like being told by your partner "you've got a special delivery waiting for you at home", only to find out the dog has pissed on your carpet.....
