...and groaning you lot.

The latest ravings from the criminally insane Pulis as reported by BBC sports.

"Stoke fans have NOTHING to moan and groan about"

That's OK then and us firmly put inour place.

Pulsinaneous Pulis. A complete and utter dickweed.

What can you say about a man who says that Glen Whealan is the glue that is keeping this team together. The team has been unstuck all season.

Pulis is an arrogant twonk! Just happens to mention Wembley way in the Sentinel to remind us of our 2 glorious days out having our steak and chips. Well Mr Pulis the steak and chips ended 2 seasons ago and since then you have been feeding us "tripe"

What made me laugh was when he said " You can't keep looking back" BUT then mentions the Europa and FA Cup Final" He also forgot to mention that.
We didn't turn up vs Man City.. which IMHO we didn't even give them a game TONY! GET a GRIP!

Waddo you really could not make this up!

Stoke City manager Tony Pulis believes the club's supporters have no reason to "moan and groan".
The Potters have won just once in their last 13 Premier League games and sit three points above the relegation zone.
But Pulis has called on Stoke's fans to get behind the team in their three remaining home games.

"It is important everyone recognises they have to get behind the club and get behind the team now. This is when we need them the most," Pulis said.
Stoke face league leaders Manchester United at the Britannia Stadium on Sunday in the first of their six remaining games this season.
They were booed by home fans at half-time in their 3-1 defeat by Aston Villa, a loss which heightened their relegation fears.
Supporters have grown frustrated this season as Stoke, who have never finished below 14th since promotion to the top flight in 2008, failed to progress up the table despite significant summer purchases.
Pulis brought in Charlie Adam, Steven Nzonzi, Maurice Edu, Geoff Cameron, Michael Kightly and Michael Owen last summer.
Brek Shea and Jack Butland were also signed in January, although the latter was loaned back to Birmingham. Stoke's net spend over the last five years is reportedly close to £80m.

"The supporters have a right to say what they want to say and do what they want to do - that has always been my philosophy," said Pulis.
"But I don't think there is any reason for people to be moaning and groaning.
"People can talk about the previous seven years at this club and say it has been one of the most successful periods it has had, but that counts for nothing.
"But the crowd have been good. There haven't been many occasions at the Britannia over the last six or seven years when they haven't got behind the lads.
"I think they realise we have got three massive games at home and I am expecting the crowd to be absolutely fantastic in those three games."
Pulis, who is in his second reign at the Britannia Stadium, has had to face the criticism himself but it is not something he allows to bother him.
"It is tough times and you have to accept when you don't win football matches you are going to be under pressure and the spotlight is going to be on you," he added.
"But I try to keep my feet on the ground. You keep working at it and embrace the challenges ahead."

This post from a Stoke fan on the Oatcake summed it up for me:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/22127341

1 win in 13 league games since Boxing Day

8 wins in the last 44 league games, mostly against teams who were either relegated or will end up being relegated

Five points in more than three months

1 win away from The Brit in the last 25 - six away defeats on the bounce

Failed to score in 9 of our last 15 games

Lowest scoring team in England in 2011/12 and 2012/13 so far

Fewest goals from open play in the Premier League

Now in the thick of a relegation battle having been on 29 points on New Year's Day

At what point will we have a reason to moan Tony?

He knows deep down that there is no one other chairman who would put up with his constant whining, whinging, blaming everyone bar himself for the faults at "this club" which he is managing, and his style of play. And the longer your chairman puts off sacking him (hopefully after the match tonight) the more damage it will do to the stoke city brand. There are good managers out there who will get players playing attractive football and able to take the club forward to reaching the level Stoke should be playing at given the investment Mr Coates has pumped into the club

Cannot fault that Mostyn - ye could be one of us.

Cheers the noo

oldnickyb and other fans can I ask a serious non-wumming question. A bit ago Pulis said something about fans at Stoke wouldn't be happy if you were playing a more attractive style of football (or words to that effect), if Mr Coates did bring in a new man/woman to manage the club what type of manager would you want and more importantly who do you think would be appointed

ANYONE other than that T**T Mostyn.

Di Matteo? our TEAM needs a lift right now not a bloody whinging, clueless moron. Who could not manage an under 8s team. GREAT post by the way. <ok>

He was as usual talking a load of b*llocks, we would love to get Moyes, Di Mateo, anyone that could get us playing some proper football and not start looking for excuses before a ball is kicked.

Yup a proper football man for me.
Not much to ask for after £100 million down the swanee.

With Pulis we are down!
Without him, we may just scrape it.
