"We win that and we are doing exactly as we did last season" Firstly, we need to win! Also your comment suggests you'd be happy with "doing the same". Most fans, managers, owners etc like to see improvement. Last year we conceded too many goals and this season currently looks like being the same. SG has had a year to improve the situation but he hasn't. Yes, it seems his hands are tied as far as money is concerned but he has brought in some real dross and his tactics are oft questionable. He also doesn't strike me as a great motivator. Just my thoughts.
