I think we need to get Colin back for this one, or at least do again what we did to em at the Brittania - which is pretty much what you wrote Yorkshire!
I know you pay a lot for your ticket '54 but if that's the kind of activity you're after, you best head up Old Compton street.
Better still it should be made mandatory that if any front row fan gets a chance : sink your teeth into his arse and bite down hard as you can: Charlie Horse
I believe Onouha was a sprint champion when he was younger. I agree though that he can be a little ponderous at times...but quick when he gets going!
Our back 4 will be tested in the air. Could be a dodgy day considering that our keeper is one of the worst in the league at commanding his area. Every time i close my eyes all i can see is another long Delap throw into our box. Ahhhh sh**e. Hill will be very important as he will at least try and compete in the air. In a strange way, i would like to see big Dan Sh***u come back in for this one.
COLIN brought Hill in at the Brit and he was getting abuse but it turned out to be inspired. He soaked up everything. That's Hilly in a nutshell. He might be sh*t against some very good players but against the Championship-type Clubs hes an expert. Hughes will have to set up his team entirely different to previous home games.
This is interesting, Fulveller. If Stoke are already 'on the beach' then they'll be fully relaxed on lilos with penis coladas in their mitts by the time they face the Trotters. This reinforces just how important it is to not only beat 'em at LR, but also that the Baggies get trois points at the Reebok.
Bolton are still very much in the driving seat. If we both win our home games this weekend then they'll be firm favourites to stay up next week. Blackburn beating Wigan and Villa losing would make it very interesting indeed. That would leave it as: Villa 37, QPR 37, Wigan 37, Bolton 37, Blackburn 34
I'm backing the "big HILL man" to eat this game up...this really is his speciality and MH should just ask him who he'd like to play alongside. I also think Dikate will run riot and they have no answer to Cisse and Zamo. Also backing Tarbs to have a big say in this game. Now i might be biased, but i cant see past a 2-nil win at home. Also, if anyone can grab delap when he gets a throw, give him a dig for me ! It's all gonna be us and its all gonna be one way traffic......I dont think I've ever been this "hyper"!
A big game from Hill would make all the difference for us. If he does the business on Sunday, he certainly gets my Player of the Season vote... he's generally shored up our defence, has a terrific attitude and is great servant to the club; surely he's already the leading contender?
