Monks comments are understandable but inexperience , no one to guide him and no breathing space between the end of the game and the post match interview is never a good combination, I hope what ever the outcome he learns that sometimes you don't say what you feel .Whether we like it or not the game is full of people with agendas some apparent some not so.He's now set himself up for a fall regarding the press and the media in general I just hope he has the strength of character to get through this .He is learning both on and off the field but time is not on his side imo.
Calling an opposition player a 'cheat' will more than likely get him a fine, he has a code of conduct to abide by, if he said Moses 'Dived' then there would be no issue, just my opinion..................
You're probably right , although the most accurate it wasn't the best adjective to use .We'll see soon enough ,just thank the Lord that the FAW aren't involved he'd be hung drawn and quartered by now
Not sure if anyone else noticed but Bony and Siggy looked very , very tired the 2nd half .We get caught up sometimes in the "" International break"" as a time of rest for the team in general .Looks good on paper except for the fact players playing during the international break. are generally a teams best players coming back from internationally duty . Especially Bony , he looked without energy the 2nd half.
