It seems that our skipper is not yet fit enough for the Villa game on Saturday, and I would not be surprised if he missed the Newcastle game on Wednesday as well. I wonder if we know the full extent of his injury and could it be that we may not see him in action again this term. Does anyone in the know on here have a view?
 
Hi PP,
I said last year that I would be surprised if he was fit by Christmas. I was wrong, but from a long and ongoing problem with my back..5 major ops, fused spine and titanium screws and a cage...once your back goes....thats it.

Hope to god I am wrong, but I will hazard a guess that Ryan will never be the same player again

think you may have a few years on Shawcross, <whistle> as far as when he will be back, only he knows but I'm hoping sooner rather than later
