STFU about relegation

Remember when West Ham were on a good run around christmas, taking 8 points from 12....

What was the score again?

Good runs don't mean alot to me. We're a better team than Wolves. We've had two poor results. Wolves is a game to make up for that.

 

Yeah that was after the Wigan game, as I say we do better when I start fearing relegation, same way as whenever i started thinking of Europe we'd have a bad run. Plus they do better whenever I'm pessimistic.

 

As i've said a number of times, outside the top 5, no ones deserves to go to Europe on their league performance this season.

We need a few signings to sort out our goal droubt, and tighten up the defense. Full strength, we have a midfield of Europa quality atleast. Barton, Tiote, Ireland, Ben Arfa, Gosling, Jonas and Nolan and perhaps one other addition is a thick enough midfield. We need to spend on a striker and another CB.

 

Agreed about teams outside the top 5, was saying to my Dad at the Gateshead bore fest, that I'd expect Tottenham (team 5) to win away to Liverpool (team 6), which u'd never have said before, to me that shows the gap between the top 5 and the rest.

Also agree with u about the midfield need first team players and squad players, for me about 6, though after today I would like to see more of Ferguson who apparently was the best player on the pitch.

 

Even if we dont hit a good level of form before the seasons out, I think we'll stay up through everyone around us being in the same boat as us.
