The points awarding on this prediction league reminds me of the scoring on QI [which I've only ever watched a handful of times] - where, no matter how many questions they get right, everyone ends up with minus points. My new tactic is going to be to wait till Saint and RHC post and do a combination of their predictions I'm hoping to end the season on at least 0 points - anything less than that and I'd feel a complete failure
Where's the fun if we dish them out willy nilly, need you to work hard for them then when you do get them feel extra satisfaction!
Working hard is one thing, this is more like mission impossible. I expect next season points deducted if you spell the scorers name incorrectly - watch out mito

Thought I was beginning to understand the scoring system Worked it out and was expecting 0 pts for last night, got O points , how does that work. My total was 2, and it is still 2, surely it should be 2+O, someones robbed my O, not really noticed if I have had an O before think I might. Surely then my total should be 2+2O or 2(1+O)
You come up with this scoring system and you can't understand a simple question I got O pts, as in MITO and not 0 as in zero
I presume O is a constant so what is the value of the constant Although if true to form with the other complicated formulae of the scoring system, I should probably presume it will be variable
