I cant stand Huddersfield and have found their fans 2nd only to saints fans in theire arrogance during our tenure in league 1
Agree about Huddersfield fans, beyond deluded. They seem to forget several years ago when they almost went out of business and the football world rallying around wishing them well. Hope they stay down!
Stu, I have no issue with MK fans, as with most League One fans they support their local team. It is the club themselves who I have an issue with and don't wish any success. Agree about Hudders fans, when they beat us at the Galpharm, every single one of their fans (bar one who applauded us) were gloating about the win etc. Only fans worse than them in League One are Wednesday's.
Maybe it's yorkshire men? I'll never forgive the people who allowed Wimbledon cease to exist - I assume they were all Liverpool fans. That said, it's not the locals fault. I'm sure they understand why many people dislike their club. Maybe they should adopt ''no one likes us'' as a chant.
Just back from Whaddon Road and despite the relative ease of Cheltenham's win, it's difficult to see either of these sides making and impression in League One if they go up. Plenty of industry, but precious little artistry. McGlashan MoM by a street, but he was Cheltenham's best player when I saw them beaten by Swindon. Beats gardening...talking of which, the geraniums are calling.
Really? I'm useless in hearing the opposing fans chant. Only realised a month or 2 back that Nottingham forest have their version of mull of kintyre.
A very well thought out post and I couldn't agree more, the fans I've come across always very decent and don't deserve the villification they get.
