The other clubs that signed players from the old rangers club but were thinking they might get away with the fees.........4 clubs if my recollection is right including Saints. I always have difficulty with words like this........mainly because of its usage. If I were in the states or Australia...They would pronounce it Pre-cedent.....which would have for me at least a slightly different meaning. However the good old english pronounce it in one go....and uses the pre as in the word president........... in other words e instead of EEEEEE.
