    Pharmacists who make new medicines such as antibiotics; scientists who devote their lives to curing cancer even if all they achieve is alleviating the pain and giving patients a few years more of life; environmentalists who devote their lives to protecting the planet so there is one habitable for future generations; every day doctors, nurses, volunteers etc who devote their lives to making other's better.

    People like that die every day and no one sheds a tear apart from friends and family. The vast majority of us wont have heard of them. They're the true heroes, not some bloke who made a fortune out of designing gadgets that in many cases make our lives poorer.
