Clarke has become the new WBA manager. Hope it works out for him & he doesn't become another McClaren or Rix. Great coaches but **** managers!
 
I've always had a lot of time for Steve! He's not only been a great player for us but, he's done the rounds as a number 2. I think he'll deliver the goods at WBA as long as he's properly supported with finance and a background team!
 
Remember Clarkey was not always a coach. He was a Chelsea captain. He inspires as well as educates and on the pitch he fights till the end. Yet another Chelsea coach from our managerial production line with blue blood.
 
I think a lot will depend on who he takes as no2.
I just don't think he's got that ruthless streak that top coaches have.He's too nice.
