I wouldn't even call him a nice guy, he openly calls his players crap and then seems surprised that they don't perform. He literally has no managerial skills, can't coach, can't keep injuries down, no tactics, can't motivate. It's such a shame fans aren't allowed to be there to abuse him, he's just a complete fraud.
