I wouldn't even call him a nice guy, he openly calls his players crap and then seems surprised that they don't perform. He literally has no managerial skills, can't coach, can't keep injuries down, no tactics, can't motivate.

It's such a shame fans aren't allowed to be there to abuse him, he's just a complete fraud.

This sums it up for me. I've just had enough now. He is nice guy from what I can see and when I met him last Xmas. However I'm not really bothered if someone is a nice guy. You can be a right **** if you are gonna come in and entertain.

Just get him gone and for ****s sake appoint a modern ****ing manager!!! Please. Let the fans enjoy the football, you can do that and still stay up. Been far too long.
