    It's clear that we don't think we can get a manager who can take us forwards and we don't want a manager who can take us backwards (we already have one thanks) so there is only one obvious candidate - Butch "the crab" Wilkins. Only issue now will be rotating the stadium and pitch 90degrees so we can play to his strengths.

    If you were David Moyes, which clubs would you be looking at trying to get a gig at? He isn't going to get a job with a top 6 club; his old job at Everton doesn't look like it will come around again; I'm not sure he'll go abroad; he wouldn't want to go to a West Brom or Stoke; so I think we are his prime candidate, or maybe Villa, or West Ham at a push. I think he'd take the job but whether him and the regime would get on would be another matter. He's the best candidate but we'd have to offer him the job in the first place and I'm not so sure we would.
