I'm not sure they do, Keane said in his recent book that Steve Bruce was one of the people in football he respects the most. But, I don't see him coming here. He left Villa as he felt he had given himself too much to do, so no sense in him taking up the same post here.
You don't need all the badges to be an Assistant Manager, I don't think Barmby had them all when he coached us, most managers just have the ones they need. I think you need a UEFA pro license to manage in Europe or something like that. Either way, I think Rosie is currently doing UEFA C, which is the fourth highest. I'd probably get Andy Dawson in as an Assistant Manager, seemed to do alright at Scunthorpe. Or, maybe we could tempt Sir Alex out of retirement. I think we will see Keith Bertschin promoted to Assistant Manager, I doubt it'll be anything fancy.
Steve Bruce has spoke with Ryan Giggs to join him as an Assistant Manager, that's why steve agnew has left, more to follow
"Ryan, fancy quitting your boyhood club where you hold legend status to come and help me out with a club located at the arse end of the m62 and is firmly locked in a relagation battle? Hello? Ryan? Ry...oh, you appear to have laughed yourself into a coma. I'll go find Ole instead."
What, because Keane once remarked that Davies isn't england standard when commentating on a game? You think Davies is that precious? Ffs
Rosey is too big a member of the squad and too many years on the pitch ahead of him to tackle such a task properly.
Agnew just wanted to be involved with a premiership team next year and probably thought he had more chance with Boro ; -)
Know what you mean Hattie but he's coached the young 'un's already. He comes across well in his interviews and seems to have some respect at the Club. Maybe a step too early eh?
On ROI duty. Nothing more. Load of bullwaste. Both Allams said on saturday @ the party that SB was doing a great job and has no worries from above. SB has Not lost the dressing room either which will sadden some of our so called fans. More clap-trap. ^^^^^ this. Agnew left for one reason. More wonga @ a club close to where he lives. No chance with Middlesboro. They are not good enough. Bournmouth and Derby look nailed on for the top 2 and Mad Mick could have play-off joy next May with Ipswich Town.
