Lol! He’s into his 9th with the club and it was Poyet who told the board to keep him! I think he’ll see out his contract. Agree he’s been probably our best CM this season (better passer then McGeouch that’s fir certain) but also agree that others willlikely surpass him. Think O’Nien could end up being one of our best midfielders

Can't find anything confirming it - just that his contract runs out 30/6 this year!

Be a travesty if he went - he's the best left back we have at the club

At least in Hume's case, just because of injury, he hasn't quite had enough game time to draw the attention of clubs he'd want to leave us for. With any luck we can get him on one of those clever contracts for youth players that Donald talked about and get him signed up before his career takes off.

Eh. he is the worst passer of the ball in midfield by a country mile, only marginally better than the CB's this season imo.
I agree he will see out his contract though, what a trouper is our Catts. Only my opinion of course. <ok>

Short passing he's not great but adequate at this level. Long passing he's the only one with the stones to get his head up and play a positive forward pass imo.

For me he just kicks it in any direction he is facing, always running out of space, and worse, colleagues into trouble if he does anything else, If only we could rid ourselves of "The Mole" we may move forward in mid field, in more ways than one.
