    It is brilliant. It should stop all that speculation every time a Manager gets the boot somewhere else. I'd guess if a Premiership Club came calling it would be hard to ignore that but I can't see him taking a Championship management roll now. I think he expects to get there with us. Thing is so do we. Just in case we are all wrong it also doubles the Compo payment we would get.
