Can not remember ever having a loanee as captain does this mean that come January we are signing him?

Was quite a strange one as its not even if hes on loan to the end of the season. Would have thought skuse would have been made captain or maybe even stead or foster as both have been captains at former clubs before

I hope we sign him although it was blatantly obvious how teams are carving through our defence

The strikers are dropping off, bringing out the centre halves and then the untracked midfielders are running through into the space

Probably a good choice as skipper for the day. Threw up before the game and again at half time. Yet still went out and gave his all for City. We could do with a few more with that spirit!
