Not really. You're questioning facts that are already out there and a court of law has upheld the conviction. Doubting it makes you look like a paranoid ****wit, read the ****ing verdict and you'll see
The manner in which the assailant lunges forward is evidence (for the prosecution and the defence) as to how the assailant wields a knife. we know the respective heights of the assailant and victim. we know the victim was stabbed in the upper torso. The point of entry of the weapon allows for expert testimony from the coroner to offer an opinion as to whether such a stabbing motion from such a height would be consistent with the injuries sustained. That is invaluable evidence for both sides, don't you think?
The law sucks in this day and age .some one breaks in your house you punch there head in and you get convicted of a crime ?? We need to toughen up over here , i no its going of the topic but i dont agree with knife crimes on the other hand someone put one to me id cut them like a carrot
It was a court of law that didn't convict the same defendants the last time. So when exactly is the verdict of a court of law to be taken as 100% FACT and when is it to be taken as 100% NOT FACT?
I said it it evidence. Evidence is information to inform a decision. Do you think this helps to inform a decision?
When there's DNA evidence taken from blood and hair from the victim on clothes taken from the assailant's house? Don't call me thick without proof stopme, it might come back to haunt you
Did I call you thick? You call everyone who doesn't agree with you thick or some other name. Quite pathetic.
This footage would illustrate this to the jury. It demonstrates a right handed assailant. It demonstrates how they strike out with such a weapon. It also demonstrates the angle of incidence. This is evidence that helps to inform a jury's decision.
Touch a nerve there paddy? Its ok for you to make bigoted racist statements but don't like it when they come back? Get out the kitchen son, its too hot for you.
Your one wasn't even racist really, you just referred to him being Irish. No surprise he's a Leeds fan. #leedsfansallthesame
