Wouldn’t it be funny if , after all the doom and gloom and worry , Max just has an utter stinker or gearbox failure in the race and Lewis pisses all over him
Hamilton sacked his Dad. Max could do with learning from that. I'm open minded to growing to like Max one day, if he grows up. He won't do that with his Dad around.
Much as I would like that to happen Max would forever think he lost championship through no fault of his own. I would really like it if he got pole, was first into the first corner, overcooked it and went into the barriers (not hurt) and was out of the race through his own driving.
I want a race to remember, but sans the ridiculous driving, with a last lap glory move deciding the title. Now that is asking a lot.
Max to take Ham out and then after the only race ever to be more ridiculous than the last one was Tsunoda takes the win on three wheels.
Apologies if my reply was rude but am used to banter on Prem Football Forum The original helmet I was referring to was Michael Schumacher, a brilliant driver with Benetton and when he first moved to Ferrari but once he had won 4 or 5 titles he became far too arrogant and thought he could get away with anything and usually did as when he took out Damon Hill, the cockpit video showed quite clearly he deliberately steered into Hill but he got away with it
Debatable that he did it deliberately in '94 as one of the steering arms broke when he hit the wall just before.
In the footage shown he "appeared" to steer his car into Hill, he was still an arrogant individual tho
In all seriousness , I want Lewis to win this now more than max . If the race is clean and Max is champion , then he has won it over the season , and that is fair enough . I feel we , the fans , deserve a good clean last race of what has been a crazy and , for the most part , a brilliant season . I think Sgt said similar in one of his posts .
Article in the Times today criticises those running F1. Couple of quotes "Officials must take control to prevent a farcical finale" "Masi is coming under scrutiny after several questionable calls since becoming race director in 2019" It quotes his decision to send cars out to qualify in Turkey last year when cranes and marshalls were still out removing a stranded car (further referencing the crane that killed Bianchi). It states there is a lack of consistency, which is causing problems and that something must change. It calls the radio messages between Masi and the teams as bizarre. Really hope Masi gets booted, he is a danger.
Which was the race when I think Hamilton was pole, Rosberg was second at the start but overcooked it with his braking into the first corner shot well through off track and flat spotted his tyres badly?
