good points all - and you are right about Kasper's positioning - he was rather gubbed - great free kick accepted but the ball didn't fly into the top corner, it's on it's way down into the net (suspect his Dad would have stopped it) - but he made two great stops after so on balance he again proved his worth. defending on the third goal was the biggest disappointment for me - caught sleeping in terms of Milner getting it then basica not marking.
I'm pretty happy that we limited them to 3 goals, we have to remember this is the team that in the last week have put 6 past the Premier League leaders and beaten the European champions in their own back yard.
Man City made 3 changes from the team that beat the European champions Bayern Munich Vincent Kompany, Pablo Zabaleta and Jack Rodwell came in for Micah Richards, Fernandinho and Demichilles IMO they put out a stronger team against us then Bayern. Puts things into perspective 3-1 defeat but by no means disgraced We didnt even put out our strongest team
