He was an excellent military strategist and used his skills to win many battles during the American Civil War despite having fewer soldiers than the Union Army. Time caught up with the Confederates and they simply couldn't compete with the numbers and resources of the North and Lee had to surrender to Ulysses S Grant but even the Union soldiers showed him the utmost respect and he was even allowed to keep his sword during the surrender at Appomattox.

Wtf are you talking about, PR voting in the USA. The USA don't use a PR system they use a ****ed up collegiate system.
