And whilst I am in a mood for spoiling (( 413 of us had our day spoilt BIG time today )) 1. The Full time whistle - for putting an end to the misery ( until next week ) 2. The crossbar - for bending down ( by about 4 feet as Oliver took his penalty ) 3. The Wycombe stewards - for NOT opening the gates until AFTER the final whistle - thus ensuring that the Gills fans couldn't 'escape'
..... a slightly more 'sensible post. 1. The 413 Gills fans for joining the applause for the Wycombe fan who recently died (young). 2. The Wycombe steward who leant his support for an elderly Gills female fan as she was escorted to a seat. 3. Me - not just for lasting the full 90 minutes (( even if I couldn't escape - because the gates were locked )) - AND - for not swearing once.. Gills were so poor - I couldn't be bothered to get 'worked up'
