So Danny Lloyd takes the Not606 Star Player title this year, with Jack Tucker in 2nd place, and Aaron Chapman moving into 3rd on the final day thanks to his excellent performance against Rotherham United. The club's official player of the year Stuart O'Keefe finished in 6th place, whilst an interesting quirk is that 2 goalkeepers finished up in the top 4 positions, with Jamie Cumming finishing one place behind the aforementioned Chapman.

Thanks to everyone that took the time to cast their votes during the season, and the Star Player league will return with the prediction league, for 2022/2023.

Thank you for running this Patchy. I quite enjoy the player league, as it gives us an opportunity to guage supporters opinion over a season.

I think one of my personal biggest faults is not centring attention on midfield enough, while constantly selecting strikers and defenders/goalkeepers.

I think both goalkeepers deserved to be up there this season, and if either one, especially the latter had featured for the whole season, they could easily have won it.

I don't think I've kept a list of winners, I will have to search through the forum as some point to see what data is left and how far it goes back. Anyway, well done to Danny Lloyd, who was also out injured for the final run-in.

If Lloyd had not been injured sure he would have won the player of year. Dempsey in midfield gained a lot of support again even though he left end of January. Both goalkeepers performed well and again if one played whole season he too may of won. O Keffe definitely improved second half of season after a poor first half including that silly sending off.
