I'm going on an Army reunion in September in London.

We're kicking off ( hopefully not literally) in the The Lord Moon of the Mall near Trafalgar Square.

It's a Wether's and there's 25 - 30 of us meeting up. My mate ,who has done the recce, reckons they're fine with large groups of rowdy blokes.

A bit like Frankies Vauxhall Tavern then.
Correct usage, I expected nothing less from you carmine. Spoons my arse.

If your going to do the Monopoly board then add in Pub golf for a bit more fun!

We're doing pub golf on the Friday, should be decent. Anywhere recommended for something to eat during the day? Is there a Greggs or summat? Doubt Cooplands have stretched themselves...

Put your location on, on your phone - open up Google - search 'bars' and it will bring up all the ones near you. Most bars have Google ratings/reviews, so you can pick the best ones. Worked for me in Berlin a few weeks back.

Is it likely we'll get trouble? I've been out in some pretty rough places and not had any trouble, there's 5 of us so it's not a massive group, but we're a pretty big bunch of blokes.
Unless you're tooled up, then your size won't help.

Worked round there for 5 years. Its a weird one, you have these £1m+ apartments overlooking some of the worst inner city slums in the UK, side by side.

Just be really careful.

Fair one, will be careful, I don't think we'll risk walking back, I'd rather shell out for a cab to get back.

As anywhere, keep your wits about you, don't act dosile ****s & you'll be fine.

You'll be Ok. Few gay bars in Vauxhall. Matt Lucas drinks in the Vauxhall Tavern. Some decent bars over the bridge or Roaddhouse in Covent Garden is a laugh.

Avoid Stockwell nearby, it used to be rough as ****, we wouldn't go there when I used to cab drive 26 years ago. Just sat having a coffee with my brother in law & he said it hasn't changed.

Straight over vauxhall bridge and you're into the whit swan, a wethers pub.
I do hope you've been perfecting a cockernee walk for this trip sterling
