I think they should add steep seating, and hire an expert in acoustics to get the most out of the ground. Once again, make the Kop a free standing area, where you can stand where you'd like. That would gravitate the tourists to the ends where they could see, and the loyal, singing fans to the centre where their mates are. Corporate seating can be around the top layer, where the businessmen can do as they like. Personally, I'd even be for the idea of demolishing all stands but the Kop, and building new, larger stands, and extend the Kop. Then we could keep the Shankly Gates, the original Kop, the Hillsborough Memorial, etc.
