Latest news on the LCS proposals and there has been a report from the H&F consultants. We seem to be in the frame but still face opposition from the usual suspects.Full thread here...

Cheers Sooper. A lot of waffle in that report.
Best to read after page 36 as it discusses QPR. Not sure I like the bit about a 30k stadium or can reduce. I said before no point in moving for 5k extra seats. I would rather stay at HQ.

That took me unaware...what stadium I thought???.

Completely forgotten we play at a stadium!

Completely forgotten we want a bigger one...
Is that so we can put more cardboard cutouts up. Oppps I forgot we actually don't do that. Thank goodness

I'm 62 soon.
It would be nice to see the new stadium before I hit 70.
I’m 60 in a few months time. I would like to see us play away in Europe (a Europa League qualifying game in Moldova will be fine) before I hit 70. Or while I still have the strength and interest to go and see it.

Not sure which of us has the better (or least worse) chance of success. We could both win if we build a new stadium in Northern Ireland and play in that league, or something similar.

I'm 66, so any time before I croak would be good.

I'm sorry to break it to you lads, but now might be a good time to go glory hunting! A Pascal's Wager if you will <cheers>

Morning.

Sounds like the old 'is it valid to have a second team' scenario?' Of course it is! Liverpool for me!

As to Pascal's Wager, that's a slightly more important issue than our new stadium and one worthy of considerable consideration!

Having seen how things have progressed so far with the stadium I completely agree. I am desperate to see us play in a new stadium, but worried that by the time we get there it will be too late for me.

I am 35 years old.

We’ll both be watching the first game with our grandchildren on a £30 stream while the country goes through the 168th wave of Coronavirus.
