lone you cant even understand the difference between impossible at this time to put in a planning application and the right time when you can put one in i know as i have done it many many times....if you dont understand how these things work then stop saying anything as you are making a fool of yourself......you have to know what you are talking about first...im an expert on submitting documents for planning permission which is hard to get through first time and sometimes never.
You struggle enough submitting posts on here. I shudder to think what your planning applications are like. If you actually do them and aren't just making that part up to try and defend yourself from the people queuing up to point out you've been caught out. Again. I suggest you look up the dictionary definition of impossible before you try and join in grownup conversations.
your not getting it are you. I'm saying that once all the finer details have been sorted and everyone is onboard then and only then can the ball start to roll. now we dont know at what stage we are at but jinks has not submitted any plans and like he said it wont be yet. this stuff about being in the premiership for another season is a load of old pony. when it will go in is anyone's guess but even with the dialogue he has had with different people has resulted in change of the original figure of 35k down to 32k. that alone would change any plans drawn up. Its hard to do believe me and needs a lot of planning. It wont happen over night. I want to see an expansion as much as everyone else but some of you seem to think we can just put one in and its done and dusted....i can assure you through experience it is no way as simple as that....

Sorry had to add this from Dai... Huw Jenkins - going abroad to sign a manager. That would never happen. Managers would come to Swansea. Jenkins is on holiday and should be in Swansea working. Week later Michael Laudrup confirms Huw met him abroad and they agreed for him to be Swans manager
