Hahahaha I am no terrorist sympathiser. The only ones supporting terrorism are those who think bombing Syria is a great idea.

Bank rolled by the USA. Check your facts before calling me out mate. Yes, Daesh (their real name, not some western moniker) are evil terrorists but remember why they are around!

I'm not talking about your overall argument. I'm talking about that one comment. Saying stupid **** like that isn't helping you get your point across. You've just claimed the only terrorist sympathisers are people who support the bombing of Syria, on a thread where a terrorist sympathiser has committed an act of terrorism on a member of the Brittish public. <doh>

Yeah, me using the word "only" was wrong. Everything else, sadly, is correct. I wish it wasn't. I hate living on this planet. None of us are safe and I'm angry and bitter over the corrupt nature of the hierarchy. Pisses me off even more that there is very little I can do (nothing really).

Choose your words more wisely fella and try to remember 99% of the people who are for the bombing want it for the right reasons. This evil is now murdering or attempting to murder innocents on 5 different continents. Majority of us don't have alteria motives or sympathy towards Terror, it's the complete opposite.

Correct, to fight against Assad. At the time though they weren't the Islamic State, that's what the militias who the Americans armed branched out into. The Americans did **** up and Putin has called them out on this too.

They didn't exactly arm ISIS and they certainly don't bank roll them...

The first part of that sentence is canny bad like mate and 'watching their homelands'? A lot of them were born and bred here and have never even been to the Middle East.

Your impression is wrong, simple as that.

That's America, I wouldn't even begin to argue that isn't a racist state. The UK isn't though, it's totally different over here. I never ever see racism where I live and that's the truth.

SAFC83, you don't have a clue. Stick to football. I refuse to talk about this anymore.

    MOTD is good though!

I support the airstrikes and I'm certainly no terrorist sympathiser and nor do I have any problems with ordinary Muslims or Syrians. I firmly believe that the airstrikes are at worst stopping Daesh advancing and killing many thousands on the way, and in some cases are assisting those Syrians fighting them on the ground to take back land previously lost to Daesh.

MOTD is ****e, QWOP. It's been showing a mag win, which turns the old stomach.

As for the OP, I fear we're going to get more incidents like this from the nutjob brigade. The worse thing is that this one seems to be a case of some twat suddenly thinking it would be a good idea. Here's a knife, let's go stab someone for Allah. How the **** do you counter that?

Loved the "you're no muslim, bruv" comment from a passer-by though :)

Further proof that we should probably avoid politics on here.

Enough said about the bombing Syria thread.

Tonight one of the nicest lads on the board becomes a pariah because of his beliefs.

Way better off sticking to football. There's forums dedicated to this stuff.

Don't worry about me mate. If these people wish to become vitriolic because they can't handle a different opinion (the truth in this case) then that is up to them.

I'd sooner see Sunderland lose 5-1 to the mags several times than see a decent bloke put down for his beliefs.

Opinions mate, not beliefs. I don't even know what his beliefs are.

@Wij Is God you were cheeky and abrupt with me, so I responded. Pointless trying to make out it was anything other, it's there for all to see.

@Rick O'Shea go and have a word with the poster you mean or at least say his name, instead of trying to make out posters talking to QWOP would do that.
