I've been told that some clubs have adopted a dynamic QR code for entry which prevents people simply sharing a picture of the QR code with friends.

Has anyone shared their ticket yet? Any problem?

Many music festivals have adopted this, effectively it stops you taking a screenshot of the ticket.
Bloody annoying when you buy the tickets for a group & you all plan to enter seperately.

Twatmaster use them for gigs - if your pals also have the Twatmaster app you can share/send them.

Ticketek let you share them to Apple /google wallet.

Have you used See Tickets Wallet? I’ve got tickets on there that I can’t even see until much nearer the gig….unnerving

I know you can’t share Leicester City tickets. But I don’t think we are any where near that sophisticated. It’s a scene of minor celebration when I get through the turnstiles with a totally legit ST. About 20% of the time it’s rejected and the poor over worked girl hanging around to help an endless line of confused and slightly cross middle aged/elderly men has to sort it.

We live in the middle ages up here... See Tickets still send physical ones! Yaaaay, more to add to my collection

I'm dubious about saving the Twatmaster ones to my wallet...sure it's all ok, but I have very little faith in anything they do except rip you off

Would be good one day rather than crap technology we each got a little book with one page you tear out for each match to hand over to someone who lets you into the ground.

Paid on the turnstile for the game I went to today. Just gave a man in a booth actual money, he released the turnstile and I pushed through it. A superbly efficient system clubs across the land could adopt.

I think we are fine at the moment. Palace do this and it is a real pain for people trying to share. Not sure why they need to be so hot on it when the bloody thing has been paid for but that is the world we live in.
I noticed Wimbledons tennis ticket had a bouncing ball on it to verify it as being legit. Although they have been hot on this for years.

They’ll say it’s to stop touting but I can’t make the Stoke game and can’t give the thing away.

Given the insane number of home games moved it’s a bit silly if you can’t give your ticket away that you’ve paid an extortionate price for up front for a second division match. Maybe they’re expecting hordes of Japanese tourists to swallow them up on the black market.
