I have never been hurt by you Hiag.
I see you belittling others and that offends me.
You say you are clever, well educated, and boast about a lavish lifestyle. Some is embellished for comic effect, yet you feel the need to run people down, and you suffer from a massive case of hubbris.

As I have said to you before you can be a great poster, but you do yourself a disservice by overstating your life so as to slate others lives.

Yes today is indeed SAD for a second consecutive season.

Out of yourself and those people you mention, who has been sufficiently 'destroyed' enough to feel the need to call the old bill and threaten legal action ?

...the truth has crushed Quentin .. he knows that whenever I see a post from him now, I'm picturing a fat bloke in a wizard's hat angrily slamming the send key whilst shrieking obscenities at his monitor ... his humiliation compounded by witnessing Sky's futile attempts to spin him some credibility ...

  7. It was my weight when I was running marathons, Skiddy. A skinny, grey haired old ****er like you wouldn't have the energy to run for the bus outside your bar, let alone run a marathon.

Anyway, as I say, I am aiming to get back to how I looked when I ran the San Francisco Marathon, back in 2004. I've only got a couple more stones to go.

    Wish me luck, yeah?

    Are you for real?

The only people I have "run down" have been thoroughly deserving of it. And, even then, I have done it is such an obviously outlandish manner than only a complete and utter ****wit would think I was being serious!

Please, get over yourself, G4E! You're beginning to sound more and more embittered, like Bambi, every time you post.

Whoa there son, whoa! What happened to Ben? I quite liked that name, I’m frankly disappointed. Well you see we have a dilemma here as I’m not in the slightest bit vain although the ladies do seem to like the my greying sides amidst the well groomed black hair and often asked if I am an actor.

You’re last marathon in 2004 was a 14 long years ago and judging your physical appearance on the YouTube vids you posted, you seem to have long laid waste to 12 and a half stone. At 58 years old that will not be revisited but God loves a trier. But I do find it amusing when you reference my hair colour as what little you have left is greyer.

Losing weight at your age is easier via amputation as the regular visits to Greggs in Bristol have taken their toll. Alternatively try hanging out with fatter people as this will give you a lift. My advice to you is don’t take life so seriously as if you do you won’t get out of it alive.

Nice rant, didn’t realise how rattled you are by all this. You seem to be in the edge of a meltdown, so take it easy.

From your posting history I assume you will now post a leaving thread and then flounce off

  13. I’m 54, Benny, old boy.

Yes, I am finding it more difficult than I did a decade ago. That said, it’s only 6 years since I stopped doing 9 mile runs every other day. That was through injury.

I’ve adjusted my routine, and now have a set of exercises that minimise the impact on my knees. I’m working just as hard but without the shin splints and risk to my Achilles. I’m also putting more emphasis on diet.

Thanks for taking an interest, Benny. At your age, all of this must seem rather strange, I suppose!

You should get an elliptical cross trainer for your house.
You can get a decent one pretty cheap now for home use.
Better than a treadmill if you have problems with shin splints or muscles, less impact trauma than regular running or a treadmill.
Save you a fortune in gym fees too.

  15. Yeah, I used to like using that and the rowing machines in the gym.

The regime I’m currently using involves intensive pyramid sets of jumping jacks, combined with squat thrusts and planks. I also have some free weights in my garage gym. I’ve coupled that with a diet designed to activate brown fat, based on a study conducted at Ohio State University.

Yeah ok mate <laugh> Nice to see you’re saving your knees as you need them for here but I guess that comes at a price for you wrists. Diets good but lay off the Greggs pies or you’ll end up looking more like one.

My mates the manager of Greggs in Bristol and says they get an old fat balding guy who smells of piss comes in with a briefcase and fills it up. That’s you isn’t it mate.

Having seen your size, may I recommend the Bear Grylls desert island with **** all to eat but a few snails and the odd limpet for 6 week’s diet?

    I’ve heard it’s effective
