I just made a suggestion as was invited by Luv, nowhere was it stated that HIAG or me couldn't make suggestions. Indeed HIAG made suggestions for me too.

 

Also in the OP Luv had this to say regarding any disputes

I will be the final judge if there are any disputes and my word final so you have to accept this as part of the bet.

Luv chose the avatar, and HIAG welched it.

 

Sorry , he went on from post to post previous saying there was NO way you were picking the avatar , so when he said " He would take suggestions "shortly thereafter it had to mean from suggestions from the " The Peanut Gallery " , which makes you and HAIG's suggestions .. null and void . I wasn't around from the beginning of this melee and I seen Luv say he would take suggestions a long time later , but I didn't see it till now that he said it early . It was a mistake to ask for suggestions from ANYBODY at any time after the rules were made and he kept saying " You " couldn't pick the avatar " To actually choose your's later was a massive brain fart

 

I didn't pick the avatar. If Luv didn't want suggestions from either me or HIAG then he would have said so, you can't supplant your own meaning because you don't like the rules

Luv said in the OP that his word was final, and that they were the terms of the bet. Both HIAG and myself agreed to those rules. HIAG eventually welched on the bet and came out with all sorts of excuses about why he wouldn't do it, nothing to do with the avatar. He claimed he was 'on holiday' for the first month of the season, then that he wouldn't do it because I'd taken the piss out of him

 

Go back and read how many times he said " You wouldn't pick the avatar on the first few pages . it's obvious he meant suggestions from others , not you or HAIG . It's not me who's bending the rules

I can't seem to find the article, as @PISKIE 's thread history doesn't appear to go back before the start of the season, for some reason.

You picked the avatar and Luv used it , when he said he wouldn't . Luv changed to many things right from the get go . HE should have never expanded the rules so people could pick at them .. enough of this
