Quite the opposite, a promising young player would be a great signing for you 9Saw it on SSN and wanted to gauge your opinions), however 8mil rising to 13mil is a bit too much for him if he doesn't make the step up I reckon. It's a big risk by your lot <ok>

That's the point. If he doesn't make the step up it will only be £8m. Didn't Albert Luque go to you boys for around £9m.

NO, if he is a success then that means he will be banging the goals in for us, which in turn must mean we are winning games, which in turn means we will be high up the table, which in turn, oh **** it, I know what i mean even if you lot don't.

Your comments are always welcome because we all know that you know **** all about football.

yeah i agree especially with Ji Don Wong also a young lad, i also expect another experienced forward in

With Gardner looking likely a couple of good defenders and we are set ( How much is Enrique again lol)

Or Xisco or around £6m... I reckon £8m for a young english talent is fine.

Lets not start and worry about him leaving in 2 years time, lets get him signed first.

Personally, i would argue that the players you have signed are more of a risk?

Wickham will likely still have sell on value due to his age

Who gives a **** what you think you ****

    Now now lads, play nice!

Difference with the players we've signed is they have experience, despite 2 being from the French top flight, although I do agree to a point with the time it will take to adapt to the prem.

    <ok>

The problem I see with Ji Dong Won (or whatever his name is) is that he's only had something like 1 season in the Korean league in his career, he could however turn out to be decent because of his age, time will tell!

Does that mean he has agreed terms? I thought a medical doesnt happen until terms have been agreed i.e. crouch, he came over but no medical as he didnt wanna join???

8/9mil up front with add ons talc.

Ipswich apparently still owe us for Chops & Leadbitter. Talk is we've wrote that off as part of the deal.

The Mags fans will remember the goal he scored against them at St Js and he was only 17 at the time! He was 18 in Feb so give a bit of leeway, hes built like a brick one now so god knows what he will be like in 2 years time. We are sorry to be losing him but thats the way of the game so I hope everything turns out ok for him and for SAFC.

That sounds a bit more like it lads, my worries are will we play him every game or will he be bled in gently? and, if he does play will he give it his all or think that he missed a chance to go to Liverpool/Arsenal because Ipswich needed the cash?
Happy with the signing if we do get him and hope he is a big hit and scores a shed load because that will mean SAFC is doing well.
