It's certainly Cowies position. He has a great engine, decent touch and accurate short range passing. Everyone says Gunnar is an offensive mid and he certainly did a good job arriving late and getting goals last season, but he was very much a defensive mid before we signed him. I'd like to see Witts given the chance further forward, but he has to start taking the game by the scruff of the neck. He has looked very one paced in his touch and descision making just before and since he was dropped. He could be a star for us this season but he needs to step up a level.
