The Alex Bruce rumour is growing, looks as if he is definitely leaving Hull ... Petagna on loan from AC Milan to add to our forward line but he is just 19 so not sure how he will cope with the Championship unless he's a wunderkind
Petagna sounds like he would be an excellent signing. As for Bruce, hopefully that's just lazy journalism, he's not good enough. One good game against the Gooners in the cup doesn't erase the memory of so many inept performances. And I should imagine he's on a fair old wage now, so can't see this having any credence.
Agree about Bruce, he was really poor for us, and that 6-4 home loss to Preston I will never forget, Bruce disappeared completely that night ... thanks Wolves, guess with the talent they have ahead of Petagna at AC a loan is probably good for him, hopefully he comes over ... on George Swan, he was very highly rated by Man City and made skipper of their Dev Squad but a bad injury and reconstruction of his knee meant they didn't renew his contract so his trial with Leeds will be all about fitness similar to Rossini ... if Swan does get a contract I expect he'll be loaned out to regain his strength, and we may well have a quality player on our hands Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Doukara wasn't great, but it's hard to form an opinion when you're listening to Guisley radio commentary. It's only the first proper pre season match, so there's not a lot to say. But if we play like this in the Championship, I would worry. Time will tell. LEEDS LEEDS LEEDS
Hey guys, time for a wee reality check - it's pre-season. We get the team fit in pre-season. If we win, fine. If we play well, fine. But as long as we get them fit & they start getting to know each other. Once the Championship starts, then we can more realistically assess players. Here endeth the lesson!
